Shipping policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery

Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the EU. We currently do not ship to P.O Boxes.

We have printing and framing facilities in in UK and EU and can ship from there. For shipping inquiries outside the EU please contact us at info@states.gallery.

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 10 days of the date of your order. A few days closer to the delivery date, you will be contacted to arrange delivery. The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping

All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The States Gallery is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once a third party is involved in the shipping process. A claim must be filed with the responsible carrier in order to receive a credit for lost or damaged products

RETURNS

All prints are made on demand, meaning no refunds will be accepted unless the product is considered damaged or defective. For damaged or defective products, our cancellation period is 24 hours. If you wish to cancel a purchase, you shall, prior to the expiry of the cancellation period, send a clear message to us in the manner set forth here.

To initiate a refund, send an e-mail accompanied with a visual representation depicting the manner which the packaging and / or product has experiences deficiencies, defectiveness, or damages. State in the message the order number along with an indication whether you want a financial reimbursement or a product exchange, accompanied with reasoning for the request. The period from which an item can be returned begins when you receive the product.

If under the jurisdiction of our return policy, your refunds will be equal to your financial commitment for the products and delivery, and acted upon immediately with the latest being one month after the return of the goods. The financial obligation to return a product to SG rests with you. Products which are sent back to SG will be shipped as standard parcels, and in scenarios where a replacement of a product has been agreed on, SG will pay for any costs incurred for the replacement.

The onus of responsibility rests with you to maintain the state of the product as it was upon delivery. You cannot use the product, with the exception of viewing the product's state upon receiving it. While viewing the state of the product, if damages or defects occur the product is void of the opportunity to be returned under this policy.

If products are being returned because they were not picked up by the customer, a return fee of €29,99 applies.
